Save the Words

Our words are disappearing. Oxford dictionary is understandably very concerned. In an attempt to save the words that are vanishing from our beautiful, and ever so wonderful language they have created a website - Save the Words where you can choose a word and adopt it!I could spend hours on this website, randomly clicking and learning new words.Considering my chosen craft it would behoove me to do so-but its like a game to me. Click, learn a new word, click, click, click...Few things are more cool than an awesome word, or an even more incredible, perfectly worded sentence in my humble opinion. The best way to do that is to expand your vocabulary and what better way to do that then learning and using new words?Guess what? You can adopt a word too. It's free (and way cheaper than children.) All you need do is select a word you wish to adopt and then use it. Keep that word alive in our language.  Heck you can even get it printed on a t-shirt!The word I chose (via closing my eyes and clicking) was: divinipotent. Divinipotent is an adjective that means powerful in intuition or divination. This word is so wonderful and clearly to good to allow to fall by the wayside, and since I pledged to use it when ever the opportunity arises I surely plan to.
