Vertigo'Round

You spin me right round, babyright round like a record, babyRight round round roundYou spin me right round, babyRight round like a record, babyRight round round round*

Early Sunday morning I awoke and like any other night rolled over. I was immediately bombarded with the sense that the room was spinning.

I may never get seriously sloshed ever again-just so that I can be certain I will never intentionally be the cause for the room I am in to spin.

Feeling like I was going to pass out or that my legs may fall out from underneath me is not in any way cool or fun. I basically have had to make sure that I kept my head up.

I was not always successful.

Trust me.

Someone who is accident prone having something that causes balance issues is not a good thing.

I fell in the bathroom at Old Navy. I fell down my stairs.

Don't ask.

My aunt says that it can be genetic as she and my grandfather have had to deal with this.

Happy, happy, joy, joy!

Earlier today, after having gone to my doctor and taken some medication she prescribed for me I felt like I'd finally gotten my sea legs back for the first time in three days.

The diagnosis: Vertigo brought on by allergies.
